Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM earlier today.

We’re an officially registered co-operative and this comes with certain processes to follow that sometimes feel a bit formal.

But what was really nice was to see everyone live, even if just on video!

More to come as we share some notes in the next few days.

@boris it was so great! But I wonder if we should switch to a more informal structure than Robert's Rules. It's always so fussy.

@evan @boris I missed the AGM this year, but Roberts' Rules are great for running meetings where there may be controversy: it gives opportunities for all voices to be heard, but for the assembly to reach conclusions.

I think generally because the members meet so rarely, the formality meant that we missed out on some social cohesion hang out time.

But the intent is to fix this with more regular hang outs.
