The custom domain (presumably what you cna get with a personal or premium WordPress subscription) also is interesting, though not entirely clear to me. Are they indicating your blog could essentially become your WordPress hosted Mastodon profile?

@evan @evanprodromou that's pretty cool! Also I hadn't appreciated it would post the entire blog, but I guess why not. If it's its own instance, thne it can decide post length. So in essence the blog post and comments on here and on WordPress website become the same thing. The main difference being the interface you access that content (though presumably your blog retains ability to have comments left by non Fediverse people as before)
